Gujarat is one of the harshest regions for a man to survive. But, the beautiful
handiwork of the people there tell a different story.
Apart from providing
an insight into some of the most beautiful cities and towns of India, this tour
also tries to convince you why they are a shopper's delight.
- Day01 - New Delhi: Welcome in India. Evening sound
and light show at Red Fort.
- Day02 - New Delhi: Daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad)
and Lutyen's Delhi (New Delhi). Evening free to shop around busy Connaught
Place.
- Day03 - Jaipur: Drive to Jaipur with lunch at
Neemrana Fort Palace on the way. Evening walk in the Pink City to shop in its
colorful bazaars.

Day04 - Jaipur: Day sightseeing of the City Palace
Complex and Amber Fort. Visit to a farmhouse for local Rajasthani
dinner.

Day05 - Jaipur: Morning walking tour of some
interesting streets and squares of the Pink City to catch glimpses of the
habitual patterns of its people which even includes attending heart-rending
prayers at Sri Govind Devji temple.
Optional day tour to Sanganer town (for
block printing factories) or a lunch at Samode Palace. Sunset view of Jaipur from
the imposing
Nahargarh fort.

Day06 - Udaipur: Take the flight to Udaipur-the Lake City. Sightseeing of the city and shopping in the local bazaars. Trip to
Shilp
Gram arts and crafts village.
- Day07 - Udaipur: Day at leisure. Sunset boat trip over Lake
Pichhola .
Optional dinner at the opulent Shiv Niwas Palace.
- Day08 - Mount Abu: Drive towards Mount Abu visiting
Ranakpur Jain temples on the route. Also see Delwara temples in Mount Abu.
- Day09 - Balaram: Enter Gujarat and stay at one of the
most remarkable palace hotels in India - The Balaram Palace.
Day completely at
leisure in quiet picturesque surroundings.
- Day10 - Bhuj: Drive through several interesting
villages and towns famous for their excellent variety of handicrafts, textile
prints and embroidery. Reach Bhuj – the heartland of unique landscape known as
Kutchh peninsula.
- Day11 - Bhuj: Explore this wonderful remote town
encircled by formidable walls. Bhuj has a maze of tightly packed winding lanes,
palaces with incredible interiors and bustling colorful markets. Visit the old
palace with Mirror chamber, Rao Pragmalji's Palace, Sarpat Gate, Sarad Bagh Palace, museums and chhatries.
- Day12 - Bhuj: Day to be used in visiting a few
villages south of Bhuj to see local crafts being made or excursion to pristine
beaches of Mandvi.

- Day13 - Mumbai: Reach Mumbai by flight at around
noon. Visit notable attractions of the city which includes Dhobi Ghat, Crawford
market, Marine drive and old mansions of Colaba area.
- Day14 - Departure: Day to be used for shopping or for
a visit to Elephanta caves if time permits. Transfer to airport at appropriate
time for departure flight.
