New Delhi

for a day

The airport of New Delhi serves as a good point to arrive in India as well as further flying into East India. Any time spent in Delhi is a time spent in knowledge and recreation . The day will be well used in exploring Lutyen’s Delhi and popular shopping area known as Khan Market.

Darjeeling

for 03 days

Darjeeling will be reached in a flight and subsequent mountain drive. Mist covered colonial era town for easy walks and seeing hill culture will be the main draw. Towering snow peak views, tea tasting, estate visits and Raj inspired hospitality in charming English cottages. A wonderful steam traction mountain railway, a zoological garden of high altitude Himalayan animals and refreshing hikes to Buddhist monasteries are part of the planned activities.

Sikkimese contryside

for 05 days

West Sikkim which is famous for the countryside and Buddhist sites will be explored in these days. A combination of stay in organic farmhouse, homestay and a beautiful resort overlooking Himalayan scenery. Varied activities would include exploring Rabdentse ruins, visiting Pemyangtse Monastery, hiking through villages and soft trekking through the landscapes of towering Himalayan snow peaks.

Gangtok

for 02 days

Sikkim’s capital city is a beautiful hill station as well. Stay will be in a charming hotel that will offer opportunities to explore the downtown and bazaars on foot. Excursion to the Rumtek Monastery, a perfect place to see and photograph Buddhist monastic life.

Kaziranga and around

for 04 days

Within a transfer involving a short flight and a drive, you’ll reach in the middle of Brahmaputra Valley which is characterised by giants bamboos, grasslands, marshes and giant tea growing estates. You’ll visit the Kaziranga National Park grasslands sitting on elephant back. Other activities will be Jeep safari, bird watching, village visits, tea estate visits, sail on Brahmaputra to Majuli Island, visiting Hindu monasteries known as Satra and watching classical dance inside the Satra temple.

Shillong

Luxurious blissful stay in the land of clouds Meghalaya where you may trek in rainforests to see the bridges made with living roots of trees. You’ll also see the wettest place on earth and explore some of the incredible limestone caves. Visit the Raj era Shillong City, it’s unique Kari tribals and a wonderful museum of indigenous cultures.

A city that has been witness to much of India’s modern age landmark events related to social reforms, cultural renaissance, British rule, freedom struggle and contemporary ideas.
