This journey lets you know how any two places in Rajasthan are quite different from each other and how its people have been able to preserve their unique identities.

Day 01 New Delhi - Shekhawati

Welcome at New Delhi international airport. Our car and driver will remain at your service in the entire tour. After a brief halt at Indian Moments wash and change facility, you will be transferred to Shekhawati region in Rajasthan. Stay for next two days in Indian Moments' own haveli in Mukundgarh and enjoy personal hospitality. Enjoy traditional cooking and sumptuous dining in the beautiful private mansion.

Day 02 Shekhawati

Day sightseeing visits to some of the most stunningly frescoed private mansions in India which used to be residences of leading business tycoons a century ago. Also watch traditional textile craftsmanship. Interesting walks in evening to temples, community wells, local shops and neighborhoods.

Day 03 Bikaner

Drive to Bikaner, an old city having several carved red sandstone mansions. Visit Junagarh Fort, Jain temples in old city, Camel research center and old bazaars. Option of visiting the hugely revered Karni Mata Temple full of mice or visiting studio of prominent miniature painting artists.

Day 04 Jaisalmer

Drive to Jaisalmer. Transfer on Camels to desert camp in a village outside Jaisalmer to spend the day in rustic desert atmosphere. Night stay in desert camp.

Day 05 Jaisalmer

Transfer to Jaisalmer city and check in. Sightseeing of various attractions of the town includes a walk in the fort and lanes of the town below.

Day 06 Jodhpur

Drive through desert landscape with brief halts at Kheechan (heaven for migratory Demoiselle Cranes) and Osian village (ancient trading town famous for its superbly carved temples). In Jodhpur visit old markets around Clock Tower.

Day 07 Jodhpur

During the sightseeing visit Mehrangarh fort and Jaswant Thada. Optional dinner at the opulent Umaid Bhawan Palace.

Day 08 Udaipur

Visit the Ranakpur temples on the way to Udaipur. In Udaipur take boat trip over Lake Pichhola at sunset. Suggested dinner in quiet setting restaurant by the lake.

Day 09 Udaipur

Day sightseeing of City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari, Eklingji and Nagda.

Day 10 Jaipur

Drive to Jaipur. After check-in suggested walk in the Pink City to browse through its colorful bazaars. Or spend time shopping in one of Jaipur many exclusive textile boutiques. You may also enjoy sunset view of Jaipur from the imposing Nahargarh fort.

Day 11 Jaipur

Morning walking tour of some interesting streets and squares of the Pink City to catch glimpses of the habitual patterns of its residents which even includes following them at prayer-time in Sri Govind Devji temple- Truly a mesmerizing sight! Day sightseeing of the City Palace Complex, Jantar Mantar Observatory, Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort (including Elephant ride to the fort).

Day 11 Departure

Fly to New Delhi and relax at transit home till time for onward international flight. At appropriate time, transfer to airport for onward journey.
